Blogger is a free blogging service that allows you to easily create and manage a blog. With Blogger, visitors also have the option to add comments to your pages or posts. By default, Blogger displays a link that reads "0 Comments" at the bottom of the blog; a visitor must click on this link to add a comment. If you'd rather insert a link with a more instructional message -- such as "Leave a Comment" -- at the bottom of your post, you can do so by changing a line of HTML code in the Blogger template editor.
1. Log in to your Blogger account.
2.Click on the "Settings" link next to the blog you wish to edit on your Blogger dashboard.
4.Click the "Design" tab at the top of the page and then click the "Edit HTML" link. The Edit Template window will appear.
5.Place a check mark in the "Expand Widget Templates" check box at the top of the Edit Template window.
6.Press the "Ctrl" and "F" buttons simultaneously on your keyboard to bring up your browser's search function. Type the following code into the browser search bar to find it in the Editor Template:
<b:if cond='data:post.numComments == 1'>1 <data:top.commentLabel/><b:else/><data:post.numComments/> <data:top.commentLabelPlural/></b:if>
7.Highlight the code in the Edit Template window and delete it. Type the following text in its place:
