The West African Examinations Council has released provisional result of 2011 WASSCE. According to WAEC provisional results released, 163,138 out of 174,461candidates who took the May/June 2012 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). The results are being despatched to schools.Meanwhile, candidates who so desire may access their results online.The results of 2,257 candidates will be released as soon as the queries on them are resolved.Results of 9,066 candidates are being withheld pending the conclusion of investigations into various examination irregularities which they are alleged to have indulged in.
Details on performance statistics and examination irregularities will be published as soon as the outstanding results are finalized.You may check your results up to a maximum of 3 (three) times, 1 unit for each use, with 1 (one) scratch card. On the other hand, you can request for result confirmation or result verification once with 1 (one) scratch card i.e. 3 (three) units on the card for a use.
How Do I Check It
- Enter your Index Number.
- Select the Type of Examination
- Select your Examination Year
- Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
- Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card
- Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year.
- Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window.
