  Well I am not into blogging about health tips but below are health tips my network provider shares with me each day. I have decided to compile these tips and share with you my blog readers.

 When you have swollen feet/ankle, keep to a low salt diet while you recover, as salt can increase fluid retention.

 Get adequate rest daily. Do not deprive your self  of sleep for extended  periods of time. Sleep is very essential.
 Take a break from cooked food once a week and fast. Fasting rests the digestive system and relieves your liver from overload.
 Eating fish every week reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke by reducing blood clots and inflammation in the the in body.
 Mango facilitates digestion, have a mango whenever they  are in season to speed up digestion in your body.
 Eat chocolate once a week. Cocoa beans contain powerful antioxidants that are known to help eliminate deadly free radicals from your body.
 If your nose is blocked eat a lot of pepper and garlic. Garlic has elements that remove the viruses that cause colds.
 Participate in two hours and thirty minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity(brisk walking) every week.
 Proper use of condoms reduces your risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases, if you are sexually  active.
 To prevent kidney disorder, avoid lifting or carrying very heavy objects while limiting your salt intake.
 Avoid processed meat like bacon, hot dogs, and the like, since it since it strongly raises the risk of heart diseases, diabetes and colon cancer.
  Avoid using toxic substances such as acid in the kitchen or near food to avoid unnecessary accidents.
  Poor oral hygiene and vitamin C and K  deficiency can cause bleeding gums. Visit a dentist regularly  and have them remove plaque every six months.
 Staying health does not always have to be boring. Dancing apart from being great fun, is a good way of keeping your memory sharp.
 Butter helps to boost your complexion and digestive system.It also enhances your memory and aids in the heating of wounds.
 If you spend a lot of time at the computer or focusing on any one thing always look away from the screen for about about twenty seconds.
 Manage your weight. Being overweight can increase risk of heart disease. Stick to a well balanced diet low in fact and high fruit and vegetable.
 Avoid energy drinks . These may give you a boost but they could be seriously damaging the enamel on your teeth.
