Good news for parent! Parents will no longer queue in banks especially commercial bank for bankers draft to pay school fees. MTN Ghana has launched the “MTN Mobile Money School Fees Payment Service” to enable parents pay the school fees of their wards and transfer money to their wards while they are in school from anywhere across the country.The service will afford parents the opportunity to pay fees of their wards without being physically present in their schools and reduce the risks associated with travelling to pay fees.
MTN has also provided schools that have opted for the service with a reliable platform to be able to monitor all transactions that would be made and to be able to get the funds settled at their preferred bank accounts for easy reconciliation. The company has also rolled out a special promotion dubbed: “Back to School Promo,” to reward wards of parents, who pay their fees through the platform. The top three senior high schools will also be rewarded for signing on and promoting the service.

How to Pay School Fees
1.Go to my MTN mobile money on your phone
2.Go to pay bills
3. Select and click on pay school fees
4. Enter the payment ID( will be given to you by the head of institution/SHS
5. Enter your Mobile money Pin code (4-digits)
6. Enter the amount you want to pay
OR
Send your money to MTN mobile money center nationwide to be done for you
