        What are the processes involve claiming for Unauthorized payment
==> Login your PayPal account 
==> Scroll down to useful information
==> Click on dispute a transaction
==> Select the transaction you are disputing
==> Click continue
==> Choose didn't receive your item
==> Click on continue
==> Enter the transaction ID
==> Click on continue
==> Click on submit 
Note it takes 10 calendar to refund the amount to the sender's PayPla account
