Corruption is one of the biggest social cancans that is derailing our national development as country, it is found in every walks of life, even in churches.
I must commend the Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) for the introduction of Eye on corruption app to report corruption related issues to right authority for redress.
Eye on Corruption App is a mobile application that allows people to report/submit a corruption related complaint to the Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (ALAC). With a few simple steps, you can report the nature, number, type, location, frequency and value of actual acts of corruption on this application.
The app aims to seek redress in corruption-related cases for victims of corruption and gather evidence needed for public policy reforms. This application requires an internet connection in order to submit complaints, as well as receive feedback from PRCU or GII. Reports submitted are stored for tracking and analysis purposes only. The data collected is not intended to blame or expose the complainant, but rather to inform advocacy for good governance, transparency and accountability.
