How to Protect (encrypt) Typed Document on your Desktop

You'v been sharing your PC with friend or you don't have your own PC you frequent internet cafe to type your document.In all instances I mentioned your privacy is curtain with respect to your typed document. I was preparing an article to post it on my website http://www.kutufam.com  and stumble upon very good tutorial I want to share with you. After you finish typing your document you can prevent friends from reading them 
                            What Should I Do after Typing My document                                                              
==> Click on the Microsoft word icon on the left handside
==> Scroll down to prepare
==> Click on Encrypt document
==> Type your password as shown below

==> Finally click on ok
