Retrieve Lost email From your Gmail Account

One of my blog readers contacted me yesterday on phone and Facebook, asking me for where he can get his friends email on google his friend has once sent him a mail before.  I decided to come up with this tutorial. It is very simple to retrieve your friend email address your account.Am going to throw light on Google account.
