Newton has created telegram channel where he has his friends shared sumptuous testimonies of how good his lotto numbers are. He has what's app page where he will ask you to contact him.
What happens on What's app platform(0540231398)
When you contact him
==> he tells you he is Mr Newton who is a staff member at NLA OFFICE, head office at Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. What he does is to give leaked lotto numbers around 4:30 PM. You have to register to become a member. The registration fees is 200 cedis. Registration last for a week and you will get winning numbers for 6 days
==> This is his mobile money wallet number 0540231398 and wallet name Charles O Appiah but he adds Kwame . O. Newton so you are convinced that wallet is in his name.
==> When you send the he will confirm the receipt of the money
==> Exactly 4:30 upwards he will send you FAKE LOTTO NUMBERS
